I just bought my second Toyota Camry from Findlay Toyota Dealership. My salesperson, Robert Anderson was exceptional, kind, and knowledgable. Working with Rick Glenn,, Manager, made the car buying process, efficient, stress free, financially advantageous, and amazingly seamless. My questions were answered and concerns resolved professionally. I recommend this buying experience for anyone interested in buying a Toyota Camry, I believe, one of the safest vehicles on the road.
This was a long shot for me when I first contacted Robert A. because the car was not readily available in my neighborhood dealers and I do shop car with discounted price (well who doesn't). After sending out inquiry of what the trim I want and price, it was only Robert returned with a straight answer what I wanted to hear! Others just simply replied what they might have and some trivial pricing. Prior to the pick up of the vehicle, I did not pay much expectation of customer satisfactory to a popular car dealer as comparing to luxury brand. Throughout the whole car delivery process, Robert and his sale team had indeed surprised me.The whole delivery process took less than 2.5 hrs with all information I need to know about the car. Thanks to Robert's experience in the industry, and I was impressed how he arranged all paperwork and review process without loosing any detail within the 2.5 hrs. This was the first time I met Robert and I flew in from SF Bayarea. There was lot more for me to worry when driving home with this new car. It was funny that at the end of the day I felt the trip was well paid off because the warm regard and care received from Robert. The follow up by him and the sale team at Findlay was remarkable throughout the whole week. I was so impressed how fast I got the vehicle Title (less than a week) and his follow up calls showing care to customer. This is an unbelievable experience and let me tell you none of my past purchase of luxury brand vehicle could come close to this dealership.
This is the best purchase experience I've ever had in my past 30 yrs . At first I did not expect too much from a popular brand dealer and plus I was buying a car from an out of state dealership. I did purchase vehicle from distant dealership (> 6 hrs) in the past due to the price difference. I am really impressed the hospitality and efficiency of the sale team at Findlay in Henderson. Quick response to my asking price and clear with all charges. At the end there was no surprise on what I purchase. I figured out it may take 2 hrs to get my car and it turns out two and half hours as I decided to do some finance through Toyota. The best part is to Robert Anderson what a great sale person I've met. I was surprised his knowledge to the vehicle and experience of presenting and preparing all needed material about the car concisely and timely. I was greatly appreciated his follow up with my drive home trip and all other paper work needed for registration. This is a great buying experience for me and the best I have so far. It made my other luxury brand dealer to shame! I am really happy to get this vehicle from Findlay. Certainly the reason of getting a car from a far distant dealer was the tangible amount of saving to the purchase. However I feel lucky and pleasant of the intangible value of services from this dealer and their sale team. This is the best part and the most worthy thing I'm still talking and enjoying after getting the car.
I've just purchased my fourth Prius from Toby at Findlay, and I couldn't be happier with how honest he is and how quickly he gets to the bottom line for me. I'll keep going back to Toby and Findlay!
Carlos Aldanese is the best, you are lucky to have him on your team. Carlos and his team worked all the numbers, communicated and executed accordingly. Very quick and answered all questions. Brenan provided excellent service! They provided an amazing service to me and my family. I am a happy and loyal customer.

I went to Findlay Toyota in Henderson ,Nevada. this is the second car I purchased there and also took a few friends that purchased as well. With a team like Greg and Charlie I always have a great experience. I got a 2012 Toyota Camry and to my surprise the drive is nothing like any other Camry I have owned. It is smooth and very quiet. I have noticed when you release off the accelerator the car seems to speed up or stay at the current speed, this may have something to do with the ECO system not sure. But with the customer service and the car I had a 10 experience. I will always go back to Findlay in Henderson.
Even though they were very busy they made sure I was treated very well. They were fast and friendly and gave us good choices. They were a good coordinated team and friendly. I looked for a dealer that had a warm and comfortable friendly atmosphere.
John Gartrell was fabulous! He was a great asset to Findlay Toyota. He was able to answer all our questions.It was all explained very well and was quick and easy. After we signed all the paperwork our new car was waiting for us to drive home. The facilities were very clean, organized and friendly. Continue to give exceptional customer service!
My salesperson was Paul Martorana. He was the perfect salesperson for me because I already knew what I wanted. I needed a calm and relaxed individual who would make the process simple. He was not pushy and was very honest and sincere about getting me exactly what I needed. He was very efficient in corresponding about any and all questions and even contacted me after the car left the lot. I will recommend him to anyone who wants a Toyota for sure!
