I would be pleased to let you know how my experience was because it was superb! I have been looking to explore all my options at other dealerships, and no other place offered the customer service, as well as prices you offer. I honestly was not expecting at all to buy a car the night I came in, but my sales associate, Paul McGill was an absolute professional salesman. He made me feel comfortable, but not pressured. He explained thoroughly the car, and let me take it for a good test drive to try the car out. He was absolutely excellent in what he did, and made the whole financial process smooth until the end. In response to your recent email regarding my recent auto purchase experience. All I can say is that it was excellent. Your dealership was referred to me by Costco Auto Sale program. This was my first experience both with this program and your dealership. I found this to be an excellent experience. The process was easy and quick. My sales consultant was Robert Anderson. I found Robert to be an excellent representative of your company. He was both professional and friendly. He was also very informative with regards to the vehicles. After the sale he was very helpful in explaining most everything we needed to know in order to operate our vehicle safely and effectively. He also did at least two follow up calls offering additional assistance with any questions we may have. I have always been pleased with the overall experience at Toyota since 2002. The vehicle performance has been outstanding. Very few problems except routine maintenance. All of the sales staff, service advisers and other employees are friendly and helpful. Greg H. is the adviser I currently work with and supplied all the information I needed on my needed repairs. In fact, for the first time in my life, I was thanking Paul & Paul profusely for making me feel great. And I have had too many horrific car buying experiences in my life. After I initiated a request for a quote from your website Robert Anderson had replied within 30 min with a quote for the vehicle I inquired. After asking him a few finance options, I decided to visit your dealership the next day. Unfortunately I did not make an appointment and Robert was already with another customer. Robert then requested Howie Lederman to assist me and my wife. Howie was very patient and a pleasure to work with. The price that Robert quoted me on the email was the price I got the SUV for. No tricks, no gimmicks, no add ons – just straight up pricing so I knew what I could afford before I got there. Howie also took the time to explain the features of my new vehicle. Overall I will give Findlay Toyota an excellent grade. I can’t see any reason to complain since I basically got everything I desired in the way of a car. The whole process went as planned for me.They have a way of making you feel like you’re in control. I noticed this from the start. When my new clean car was ready to drive away, I was explained everything as if I never saw a car in my life, but can understand why they do that. I did learn new things anyway. Yes, I would recommend Findlay Toyota to my friends and family members!
